八大智慧建设行动计划：

Eight Wisdom Construction Plan:

   2012年3月16日，北京市经济信息化委员会发布了《智慧北京行动纲要》，提出了城市智能运行行动计划、市民数字生活行动计划、企业网络运营行动计划、政府整合服务行动计划、信息基础设施提升行动计划、智慧共用平台建设行动计划以及应用与产业对接行动计划、发展环境创新行动计划八大行动计划。

   The Intelligent Beijing Platform for Action, launched by Beijing Economic Information Committee in Mar.16, 2012 put forward：action plan of intelligent operation of city，action plan of public digital life action plan, action plan of enterprise network operation, action plan of government integration services, action plan of Information infrastructure improvement, action plan of intelligence sharing platform construction and action plan of application and industry joint and eight action plan of environmental development innovation.

【参展程序】Participation Procedures

1. 展位安排原则：“先申请、先付款、先安排”。

Exhibition booth arrangement principle: First application, first payment, first arrangement.

1. 为使本届展会整体安排更趋合理化、国际化请认真填写《参展申请及合约书》表并加盖公章传真或邮寄至大会组委会；

  In order to make the overall arrangement of the exhibition booth more reasonable and international, please carefully fill in the Application for Participation and Arrangement and fax or post it to the organizing committee after the official seal is affixed;

1. 参展单位报名后须在三个有效工作日内支付50％参展费用定金，否则大会组委会有权调整或取消其所定展位，余款应与2014年8月16日前付清；

The participant shall pay 50% of the exhibition expense as the down payment within three working days, otherwise, the organizing committee has the right to adjust or cancel all the fixed booths, and the remaining balance shall be settled prior to August 16, 2014.

1. 未经大会组委会同意，参展企业单方面取消参展计划，其已付参展费用不予退还；

Without the consent of the organizing committee, the exhibitor shall not revoke the exhibition plan unilaterally, otherwise the paid expenses will not be returned.

1. 未经大会组委会同意参展企业不得转让已定展位，否则大会组委会有权取消其参展资格；

The exhibitor shall not transfer the determined booth to the exhibitor without the consent of the organizing committee; otherwise the organizing committee has the right to cancel its qualification to participate the exhibition;

★ 注：为保证展会整体形象，大会组委会有权保留或更改部分参展商展位的权力。

Note: The organizing committee has the right to reserve or change the booth of some exhibitors, in order to guarantee the overall image of the exhibition.
